EMAsphere is a software vendor providing a cloud based collaborative and treasury driven enterprise performance management solution for senior SME executives to help them to define, monitor and achieve their operational and strategic financial and operational objectives.

EMAsphere, has been created in 2013 by experienced and successful entrepreneurs with strong international ambitions. Its development team is located in Louvain-la-Neuve (Axisparc) with offices in Brussels and Gent.

Job Description

Main role of internal sales is to create and transform leads into qualified leads. Main measure is the number of qualified leads generated.

  • Be part of the sales and marketing team, join the team at events.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and e-mails
  • Leverage on prospecting and sales success to develop smart prospecting campaigns
  • Understand client-prospect/market needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closing
  • Contribute to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets in close collaboration with the marketing and sales team
  • When needed, perform effective online demos to prospects
  • Maintain, expand and monitor the database of prospects
  • Think of new strategies to generate leads and participate to the sales team meetings
  • Create database (CEOs, CFOs,…)
  • Social media (active on Linkedin,website,…)


  • Bachelor or Master student in domains like Marketing/Communication. Knowledge in Business, Financial and Economics matters is a pre-requisite
  • First successful experience (at least 2-3 years) in digital marketing-internal sales or sales.
  • Strong phone presence, very persistent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Knowledgeable in technology
  • Familiar with internet tools and social media

  • Fluent in French, good level in English, Dutch is a plus
