About the job
Within the Marketing team, the CRM & Online Marketing Officer will be responsible for managing our CRM from A to Z to improve the quality of our database, as well as maintaining and optimizing the website.
CRM & Data - 70%
- Handle Hubspot and integrations (Make, Phantombuster, Sales Nav, ...).
- Maintain CRM.
- Be in charge of database management: improvement of database quality, database import, identification of database providing, ...
Website maintenance and optimization. - 20%
- Challenge current pages layout and structure to increase online conversions.
- Produce and optimize landing pages for marketing, advertising and social media.
- Manage and improve technical SEO.
Coordinate students for database maintenance. - 10%
About you
- Education: Bachelor in Marketing.
- Experience: You have 1 to 2 years of experience.
- Language: French or Dutch. Fluent in English.
- Skills:
- You have knowledge in HubSpot or any other CRM.
- You have excellent analytical and project skills.
- Very fast learner and passionate about data and digital technologies.
- Focused on quality and quick execution.
- You are autonomous and well-organised.
