About the job
Your main mission as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) International is to identify potential opportunities for the Sales team.
- Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential opportunities and challenges in target regions. Develop strategic sales plans and tactics to penetrate new markets effectively. - Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including pipeline development, conversion rates, and revenue growth. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales activities, progress, and results. - Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Utilize various channels including, cold outreach, and partnership development to generate leads and expand the company's client base. Engage with key stakeholders and decision-makers to create relationships and drive sales conversions. - Sales Support and Coordination:
Collaborate closely with the co-founder, CEO, and Commercial Director to support sales activities, including preparing proposals, presentations, and sales collateral. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
About you
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: In B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry, with a track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
- Language: Proficiency in English and knowledge of other languages (e.g. French, Italian, German, Spanish) is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of international markets and cultural nuances, with experience in expanding businesses into new regions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with high autonomy and initiative.
