This Privacy Policy ("Privacy") sets out how EMAsphere ("EMAsphere") uses the personal data of anyone who visits our website at https://emasphere.com ("Website"). 

In accordance with the Act of 30 July 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, and European Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (GDPR), EMAsphere undertakes to respect the security, integrity and confidentiality of all your personal data.

Article 16 of the GDPR provides that you have the right to obtain from the controller, in this case EMAsphere, without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.

• Right to object

In accordance with Article 21 of the GDPR, you have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you which is based on point (e) or (f) of Article 6(1). Unless we find compelling legitimate grounds for such processing, from then on we process only personal data that are not related to your request. 

• Right to be forgotten

In accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR, you have the right to request that we erase personal data concerning you without undue delay, in particular if you consider that the collection of your data is no longer necessary for the defined purpose or you object to the processing of the data. 

• Right to restriction of processing

You have the right to obtain restriction of processing of personal data concerning you where one of the situations listed in Article 18 of the GDPR applies.

• Right to data portability

In accordance with Article 20 of the GDPR, you have the right to receive the data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and you have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to which the personal data have been provided.
